Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry care to join our dynamic nursing team. This position will require working night shifts and offers an opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Medical/Surgical and Telemetry unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, condition changes, and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proficient in using EPIC electronic health record system.
• Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills.

Schedule and Shifts

This position is a night shift role, requiring 4×12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. Flexibility in schedule is appreciated.
