Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide essential therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role involves assisting patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving their treatment goals in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and their responses to treatment accurately.
• Assist with the education of patients regarding their treatment and home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and updates effectively to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
