Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The SLP will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services in adherence to regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
• Ensure compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication skills and clinical problem-solving abilities.
