Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Center

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Center team. This position requires proficiency in Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CVIR) and moderate sedation techniques. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care within a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with four 10-hour shifts.
• Shift Start Times: 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM.
• On-call rotations are required.

Responsibilities

• Administer moderate sedation to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and overall condition during and after procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure effective patient management.
• Provide patient education regarding procedures and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Prior experience in cardiovascular care or interventional radiology is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
