Respiratory Therapist (RRT-NICU)

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Respiratory Therapists specialized in NICU to join our team. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Shift: Night 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)
• Weekend: Every Other
• Floating: Within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Minimum Experience: 2 years; unit accepts first-time travelers

Requirements

• Candidate will undergo a clinical review to determine fit.
• Full compliance is required to start on time; failure to comply may result in a delay of up to 2 weeks.
• Maximum of 7 days off requests are allowed.

Holiday Schedule

If one major holiday falls within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work that holiday. If two major holidays occur, the traveler must work both. For three major holidays, the traveler is expected to work two.

• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving/Black Friday
• Christmas Eve/Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day

Orientation

The number of non-billable orientation hours will depend on the length of the contract (e.g., 8 hours for an 8-week assignment; 10 hours for a 10-week assignment).
