Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore patient function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as clinically appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in compliance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
