Job Overview
Seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Medical-Surgical Telemetry for a night shift position. This role involves working three 12-hour shifts, focusing on providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit.
Shift Details
- Shift: Night – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced telemetry unit.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, ensuring timely response to patient needs.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent Medical-Surgical Telemetry nursing experience.
- Current and valid Ohio nursing license or compact state license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Additional Information
This position does not involve block scheduling and may require flexibility in shift rotations.
