Job Description

The Physical Therapist will play a crucial role in providing rehabilitation services to patients in accordance with their individual needs. This position requires competency in utilizing various techniques and exercises to promote physical health and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement and manage rehabilitation programs to enhance patient mobility and functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, techniques, and exercises to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license required.
• General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
• Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.
• No prior experience required, but familiarity with rehabilitation techniques is preferred.

Additional Information

This position involves regular documentation and communication with other healthcare providers. Essential equipment will be provided during the interview process. A professional dress code will be expected during the course of employment.
