Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to our most vulnerable patients, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to critically ill neonates.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients’ health status and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide education and support to families regarding the care of their newborns.

Work Schedule

• 36-hour rotating shifts with flexibility in scheduling.
• Ability to work 4 weekend shifts within a 4-week period.
• Required to work during Thanksgiving or Christmas holidays.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
