Job Overview

The Oncology Float Pool is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care in various oncology settings. This role requires flexibility and adaptability as nurses will float between multiple units dedicated to oncology care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in various oncology units, including palliative care and medical oncology.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition, ensuring timely intervention.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication administration, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous experience in oncology nursing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Schedule

This position offers a rotating schedule of 3×12-hour shifts, including day and night rotations.
