Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to enhance independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state OT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
