Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment and discharge plans, and providing therapy aimed at enhancing independent living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to patient needs.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and communicate effectively with families.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain necessary licensure.
• Strong clinical skills, documentation abilities, and effective communication skills.
