Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Telemetry

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on Med/Surg Telemetry to provide high-quality patient care. This position involves working on a night shift schedule, performing duties across three 12-hour shifts each week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and manage telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• MUST HAVE a valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license in hand.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Schedule

This position requires a commitment to a night shift schedule, working three 12-hour shifts per week from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.

Notes

This role does not include block scheduling, and candidates should be prepared to work flexibly based on unit needs.
