MRI Technologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis of various medical conditions. This role involves operating MRI machines, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Monitor patients throughout the imaging process, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to discuss imaging results.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment as needed.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately.

Qualifications

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in MRI or related imaging modalities preferred.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability for overnight shifts on Sundays from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, Mondays from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, and Fridays from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
