Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care and develop individualized nursing plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and changes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability for shifts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Flexibility in hours and on occasion, additional shifts may be required based on operational needs.
