Position Overview

Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry care. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality patient care and support to individuals undergoing surgical procedures and requiring close monitoring.

Shift Details

• Shift: Night
• Schedule: 4×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)
• Block Schedules: Not available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a telemetry and surgical unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, applying critical thinking in high-stakes situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and families regarding patient care and progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health records (EHR), specifically EPIC.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical or Telemetry nursing role.
• Experience with EPIC is required.
