Wound Ostomy Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Wound Ostomy Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care in wound, ostomy, and continence management.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients with wound and ostomy needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on wound care and management techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Required certification: CWOCN or CWON.
• Experience in wound, ostomy, and continence care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule

This position requires a rotating daytime schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts.
