Cath Lab Technologist

Join our team as a Cath Lab Technologist, where you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab. This position requires expertise in a dynamic environment, assisting with various interventional procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and execution of cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures.
• Utilize advanced imaging technology to support diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and provide necessary interventions during procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a sterile environment in the Cath Lab.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately using electronic health records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Cath Lab or Interventional scrubbing.
• Current ARRT-R and/or RCIS certification, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with equipment such as GE Innova IGS, Phillips, GE MacLab, IVUS, and FFR is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

This position involves working four 10-hour shifts from 06:30 AM to 05:00 PM, with schedule rotation as needed from Monday to Friday.

Additional Information:

• Participation in on-call rotations and weekend duties as required.
• Holidays may also require on-call coverage as scheduled.
• Will accept local travelers at a reduced rate.
• Position available for RN candidates with relevant Cath Lab or Interventional scrub experience.
