Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to expectant mothers during labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both mother and child.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Labor and Delivery.
• Monitor fetal and maternal well-being throughout the labor process.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized birth plans.
• Administer medications and assist with pain management techniques.
• Educate and support patients and families regarding prenatal and postnatal care.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in medical records.
• Respond to emergencies and prioritize patient needs effectively.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to participate in Day/Night rotation and every other weekend/holiday coverage.
