Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN)

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts. The role requires a commitment to providing exceptional care to patients transitioning from intensive care. Below are the specific details regarding the position.

Position Details

• Shift: 3×12 hours, Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Holiday Rotation: Yes
• Patient Ratios: 1:4
• Weekend Requirement: Yes, every other weekend
• Floating Requirement: Yes, must float within scope to meet facility needs

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Stepdown or ICU setting
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted with prior ICU and/or Stepdown experience
• License: Must have SC license or Compact license on hand prior to start
• Certifications Required:
  • ACLS
  • BLS
• Preferred Certification: NIHSS
• Special Requirements: ICU and/or Stepdown experience is essential

• Locals Accepted: No locals accepted
• RTO Restrictions: All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission
• Guaranteed Hours: The facility can call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
