Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive patient care while adhering to established protocols and maintaining high-quality standards in nursing practices. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s health status and create patient care plans based on individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in a clinical setting is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
