Summary: CHI St. Alexius is looking for locum IR coverage. Client needs IR general (stroke capabilities are preferred but not required). The coverage is an 8 hour day, generally anywhere between 8a-4p with evening call 4p-8a, and 24 hour call on the weekends. Increased rate can be considered for specific dates 

Schedule/Availability Requirements: 

June 26th (8 a.m.) to July 1st (9 p.m.) 

8a-4p with evening call 4p-8a, and 24 hour call on the weekends 

Required Procedures: 

• Current list of procedures that our IR team performs: 

• Diagnostic vascular intervention 

· Angiography – venous and arterial 

• Therapeutic vascular intervention 

· Angioplasty – venous and arterial 

· Stenting (venous and arterial) 

· Thrombolytic therapy 

· Emobolization therapy 

• Interventional (body, non-neuro) 

• Vascular access devices/PICCS 

• Central lines 

• Port a cath insertions 

• IVC Filters 

• TIPS
