Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional physical therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients based on clinical appropriateness.
• Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians per practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
