Job Overview

We are seeking qualified individuals for the position of Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician in a laboratory setting. This role requires a high level of technical skill and the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Shift Details

• Shift Type: Nights
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses on various specimens.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Required Certification: BLS (AHA).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
