Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience and offers both day and evening shift options, including flexible scheduling based on departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room setting.
• Collaboration with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment.
• Participate in patient assessments and postoperative care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.

Shift Details

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
• Primarily day shift coverage with flexibility to work evening shifts as needed.
• Shift options include:
  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• One evening shift per week required.

Call Requirements

• 1–2 twelve-hour weekend call shifts.
• Weekday call as needed.
• 1 holiday call shift required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room setting.
• Experience with general OR procedures, Cerner, and preferred experience with robotics Xi, orthopedics, and neurology.
• Certifications: BLS required.
