Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in an adult critical care environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with adult patients and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care and therapies to adult patients in critical care settings.
• Utilize Hamilton ventilators and EPIC charting systems effectively.
• Assess patient needs and respond promptly to critical situations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuous education and quality improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule

The position offers flexible scheduling options, including:

• Three 12-hour shifts per week.
• Consideration for a 48-hour workweek, consisting of four 12-hour shifts.
• Rotating shifts based on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Valid RCP or RRT License is mandatory.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with Hamilton ventilation systems and EPIC charting is preferred.
