Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will excel in assessment, medication administration, and patient observation, contributing to effective clinical outcomes and the overall well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and observe patients’ progress and response to therapies.
• Evaluate therapy effectiveness to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree in Nursing will be considered.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
• Experience with electronic health records (Epic preferred).
• Must have been separated from the organization for at least 6 months to be eligible for rehire.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability to work overnight shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM every other weekend and on holidays.
