Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. The position requires a commitment to excellence in patient care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care on assigned units, including Med Surg Telemetry.
• Float to like units and overflow areas as needed.
• Participate in onboarding assessments, including Dysrhythmia and Medication tests, with a focus on achieving a passing score.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain current certifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license.
• A minimum of 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience is required.
• Ability to pass the Telemetry Competency Exam.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA is mandatory.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHABLS) certification is required.
• Knowledge of Critical Paths is preferred.
• Charge Nurse experience is a plus.

Additional Information

• This position will require the ability to float to similar units and overflow areas as necessary.
• Orientation is conducted biweekly for new hires.
• Candidates will be required to complete all testing within 48 hours of receiving an offer.
• All requests for time off must be presented at the time of submission.
• Candidates who have worked in this organization within the last six months are not eligible for rehire.
