Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients during the labor and delivery process, ensuring optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout the labor process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure a smooth labor and delivery experience.
• Educate patients and families on the labor and delivery process and postpartum care.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Must possess a valid Ohio RN License or a Compact State RN license.

Work Schedule

This position requires night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
