CT Technologist

8:45 PM – 7:15 AM, Monday – Thursday

Responsibilities

The CT Technologist will be responsible for:

• Performing high-quality CT scans in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to medical and surgical aseptic procedures.
• Ensuring patient safety by following established safety procedures.
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of anatomical postures and positioning to obtain optimal images.
• Organizing patient care and effectively setting priorities for tasks.
• Implementing CT quality control procedures to maintain imaging standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT imaging.
• Active ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required.
• ARRT registration in Computed Tomography (CT) is mandatory.
• Valid license to practice in New York required.
