ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will thrive in a fast-paced, critical care environment.

Position Information

• Role: RN
• Specialty: ICU
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours
• Shift: 7 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend required
• Years of Experience: 3 years ICU experience required
• Floating Requirements: May float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU based on experience. Patient ratios of 1:3 in IMC.

Education & Certifications Required

• ACLS Certification
• NIHSS Certification

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 32 (20 Medical, 12 Neuro ICU)
• Patient Ratios: 1:2
• EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile

• Must Have Skills/Experience: A minimum of 3 years of ICU experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Additional ICU experience is preferred
• Type of Patients: Patients with medical complications related to sepsis, ARDS, GI bleeds, DKA, and more.
• Personality Fit: Candidates should be focused on outstanding patient care, effective team communication, and personal and professional growth.
