We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient, acute care, and long-term care settings. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing for either 5×8 or 4×10 hour shifts based on traveler preference.

Unit Information

This department provides comprehensive services including inpatient care, swing bed patients, long-term care, and outpatient treatments.

Housing Information

• Housing provided during the assignment typically in 1-bedroom apartments.
• Available for move-in no earlier than 72 hours before the contract begins and must be vacated within 24 hours after the contract ends.
• Pets are not allowed in housing units.
• Housing is typically designed for single occupancy; approval is required for additional family members.
• Units must be cleaned upon departure; failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.

Additional Information

Guaranteed hours include 72 hours over 2 weeks, with the possibility of being called off for one 8-hour shift during the same period. Requests for time off will be considered on an individual basis following an offer.
