Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in an outpatient setting. The successful candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic care to patients, focusing on rehabilitation and overall physical well-being.

Assignment Details

• Assignment Length: 13 or 26 Weeks – Traveler’s Choice
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: 5×8 or 4×10 Days – Traveler’s Choice
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks
• RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Skills Required: Outpatient, Acute Care, Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF)
• First Timers Accepted: No

Unit Information

The department serves patients in a hospital environment, including inpatient and swing bed care, as well as long-term care and outpatient services.

Housing Information

• Facility-provided housing is available for travelers during the assignment.
• Housing units are typically 1-bedroom apartments and can accommodate only the traveler.
• Housing will be ready for move-in no earlier than 72 hours before the contract begins and no longer than 24 hours after the contract ends.
• Pets are not allowed in housing units.
• The housing unit must be cleaned upon departure to avoid additional cleaning fees.

Additional Information

Candidates with permanent addresses within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this assignment. If candidates have previously worked as permanent staff for the facility, they must have been separated for at least 3 months prior to working as a traveler.
