Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. This is a night shift position requiring the commitment to provide exceptional respiratory care to patients. The successful candidate will work a schedule of three 12-hour shifts, from 19:00 to 07:00.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care to patients in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies, including but not limited to mechanical ventilation and aerosol therapies.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is required.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory care protocols and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
