Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in an operating room setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room.
• Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and comfort levels before, during, and after surgery.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control policies.
• Manage surgical instruments and equipment effectively.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in General Surgery.
• Previous travel experience is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
• Flu vaccination is required for all employees.
• Willingness to take up to five (5) 12-hour call shifts during a six-week scheduling period.
• Flexibility for two Day 8-hour shifts and two Day 12-hour shifts as scheduled.

Additional Information

Scrubs will be provided for the duration of employment.
