CT Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans as per physician orders, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Maintain the imaging equipment, performing regular checks and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Adhere to departmental protocols and compliance standards to ensure patient care quality.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging findings and enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (ARRT (R)) and Computed Tomography (ARRT (CT)).
• Valid state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and radiation safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective interaction with patients and the care team.

Schedule

This position offers a night shift schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week, specifically Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
