Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a night shift position that involves caring for patients in the Labor and Delivery unit. The role requires self-scheduling and the ability to work every other weekend and major holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
• Monitor patient vitals and fetal heart rates, ensuring all necessary assessments are documented accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
• Float as needed within the specialty to support team needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery required.
• Must hold an active MD RN license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), STABLE, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required.
• First-time travelers will not be accepted for this position.

Work Schedule

• Night shift: 3×12 hours (19:00 – 07:30)
• Every other weekend required.
• Holidays as scheduled.
