Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children regain mobility and improve their physical capabilities.

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Friday: 8 AM – 3 PM
• No weekends

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing and developing treatment plans for pediatric patients with a variety of diagnoses.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions to promote mobility and function.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric physical therapy is required.
• Active Georgia state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Common Patient Diagnoses

You will work with patients experiencing a range of conditions, including but not limited to:

• Torticollis
• Brain Injury (acquired/traumatic)
• Spinal Cord Injury
• Gross Motor Delay
• Toe walking
• Cerebral palsy
• Orthopedic conditions such as post-fracture and spinal fusion
