Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
