Registered Nurse (RN) – SCU/Telemetry

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Subacute Care Unit (SCU) with telemetry capabilities. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in telemetry, medical-surgical, or critical care nursing.

Position Information

• Role: RN
• Specialty: SCU/Intermediate Care
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend minimum
• Years of Experience: 2 years plus travel experience
• Float Requirements: Occasional float to Medical-Surgical unit

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 8
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 to 4:1
• Equipment: Ventilators, ceiling lifts, Plumb Pumps, feeding tubes, chest tubes, SCD boots
• EMR: EPIC

Qualifications

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Experience with vasoactive drips and ventilators
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Background in ICU or SCU nursing
• Type of Patients on Unit: SCU/IMC/Medical-Surgical/Swing patients (rarely)
• Personality Fit: Down-to-earth, team player, proactive, and maintains high standards
