Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated LPN/LVN to join our Acute Care team in a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in providing high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and effective working environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care and assist with medical procedures in the acute care setting.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as per physician guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Support patients and families with education and resources to aid in recovery.

Shift Information

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift.
• Night Shift: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Acute Care, Medical/Surgical, or Telemetry setting.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
• First-time travelers are welcome, travel experience preferred.
