Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Emergency Nursing and be prepared to work night shifts.

Shift Details

• Shift: Night shifts, 3×12-hour format (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Weekend Requirements: 2 weekend shifts or 4 weekend days per 6 weeks
• Holidays: As needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing required
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required
• CPI, PALS, and TNCC certifications preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system is required
• Previous charge RN experience and Level 2 trauma experience preferred
