Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatrics

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Pediatrics to join our team. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to float to various units as needed.

Position Details

• Shifts: 3×12 hour nights
• Weekend Coverage: Required every other weekend, with variability based on unit needs

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Pediatric environment, including but not limited to:

• Administering medications and treatments as per established protocols
• Floating to similar units or other facilities as required
• Utilizing the Omnicell medication system
• Documenting patient care in the EPIC documentation system

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Pediatric setting
• Experience in Pediatric Step Down and Pediatric Medsurg/Tele is required
• NICU experience is a plus
• Required Certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP, and a valid South Carolina RN license

Additional Information

Agency staff members are expected to float to other units as necessary, with limitations based on documented competencies and qualifications. While maintaining focus on the home unit, staff may be deployed to fulfill the needs of the organization.
