Physical Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The role is focused on patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and timely to ensure compliance.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and communicate effectively with families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
