Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services within a dynamic healthcare setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI exams in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate imaging results.
- Maintain imaging equipment and adhere to safety standards.
- Educate patients about the MRI process and answer any questions they may have.
Working Hours
This position offers flexibility with scheduling options, including:
- 3 twelve-hour shifts:
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 4 ten-hour shifts:
- Friday to Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Qualifications
- ARRT (MR) certification required.
- AHA BLS certification required at the time of application.
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI technology experience in acute care imaging is necessary.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or recognized institution per the primary pathway of the ARRT.
