Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational guidelines. The selected candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as needed.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license or the ability to obtain it.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
