Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide essential support in delivering therapeutic services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The successful candidate will assist patients in restoring mobility, enhancing functionality, and achieving their treatment goals in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately.
• Assist in patient education and the development of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and progress effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control measures, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain licensure.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
