Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in alignment with physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and on time.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
