Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves working evening shifts, with a requirement to work every other weekend. In addition, there may be opportunities for additional hours as needed, including 48-hour workweeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to design and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
- Current nursing license in New Hampshire or a compact state.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
- Completion of at least one travel assignment in a nursing capacity is required.
- Experience with the Epic electronic health record system is necessary.
- Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA.
