Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Summary

The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, utilizing clinical expertise and comprehensive assessments to promote patient health and wellbeing. The RN will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring effective communication with patients and families throughout the care process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and established protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practice standards.

Qualifications

• Current registered nursing license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous nursing experience in an acute care setting is advantageous.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
